Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including residents, landlords and council staff.
Last updated 4 October 2026
As a private company we are not legally required to publish this statement, but we follow the good practice expected of public-sector websites.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we have done
- Colour contrast: text and background colours meet AA contrast, and we do not rely on colour alone to show meaning.
- Keyboard: every link and control can be reached with a keyboard, focus is clearly visible, and there is a "skip to content" link.
- Structure: pages use proper headings, lists and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them.
- Images: decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Zoom and reflow: pages work at up to 400% zoom and on small screens without sideways scrolling.
- Plain language: short sentences, with terms like "temporary accommodation" explained.
- Light and dark: the site follows your device's light or dark setting.
- No time limits, auto-playing media or flashing content.
Known limitations
PDF versions of our agreements may not yet be fully accessible. Ask us and we will send an accessible version.
