What we do
One company, three ways of using homes well. Temporary accommodation is the only service running, and we are still building supply. The other two are planned.

Temporary accommodation
We lease homes from private landlords, furnish them and make sure every safety certificate is in place. We then supply them to councils for households they are helping, either booked night by night or on a longer lease. We are building our first homes, so tell us what you need and we will say honestly what we can do.

Short stays
Furnished, cleaned and managed homes for guests staying from a few nights to a few months. We will only run short stays where the property's lease, mortgage, insurance and local planning rules allow it. We are not taking bookings yet.

Buy, renovate, sell
We plan to buy homes that need work, bring them up to a safe, good standard and sell them. We will publish details when our first project begins. If you have a property you may want to sell, you are welcome to tell us about it, and we will say plainly whether it suits us.
One standard across all of it
- Honest. We say what we can do and what we cannot, including which services are not running yet.
- Safe. No home is offered to anyone until it is safe and certified.
- Responsive. When someone gets in touch, we answer.
